International Reach
Original thinking on Black identity in games and digital culture — including the Avatar Identity Framework, published by the Foundation.
Creating ongoing spaces — online and in person — where people can find each other, share work, and build together over time.
Working with games studios, publishers, and brands to create meaningful connections between industry and community.
Platforms, spotlights, and opportunities to make the work of Black creatives in games & tech seen, celebrated, and properly credited.
From London to Nairobi — we think globally about what Black creativity in digital culture looks and sounds like.

Black Lines of Code
Black Lines of Code is the Foundation's inaugural programme — an exploration of the intersection between Black identity, creative expression, and digital technology, with games as both lens and medium.
The programme works across workshops, residencies, publications, and exhibitions to surface the rich history of Black creativity in digital spaces, and to build new pathways for that creativity to flourish.
It is for makers, thinkers, players, and anyone who has ever felt their story was not part of what games were supposed to be about.
